Well well well. Hasn’t Jape come a long way since we bumped into him at Fabric and he insulted our haircuts? But we’re not ones to bear a grudge, not this time anyway. Well done Richie for winning the Choice Music Prize, which as far as we can tell is the Irish Mercury. You are probably the best of that list. We haven’t heard the others, but we like your album so much that we are confident it could well be the best and we wouldn’t be surprised. James Figurine for indie kids, anyone?
