Memory Tapes
We’ve been loving on Memory Tapes / Weird Tapes / Memory Cassettes for some time. Their album (limited CD release) ‘Seek Magic’ hit Rough Trade last week with a special CD mix disc which alongside Rainbow Arabia has been stuck on my stereo. Thanks to Pat, we’ve just been hit up with a lovely mix and MP3. This record can soundtrack any day, in any part of the world, at any time, in any weather. This is good shit. Bank holidays are not for working Pea, they’re for Carnivial. I hate Carnival. I hate music festivals in the UK….’Seek Magic’ will see full digital release at the end of September as well as a limited vinyl release through Acephale
